final report: telling a story with interactive data visualisation

Epidemic Final Report heading

Another step in the collaboration with Epidemium team was the interactive final report, after having done the introductory infographics. The main aim was to highlight the results achieved by an open community working for ten months – on a voluntary base – on cancer epidemiology by exploiting the potential of big data.

We decided to tell the story of the project through its data because the community has extensively used on-line platforms to organise the workflow, and the coordination team has collected all along the ten-months-project a good amount of meaningful data.

Here you can find here the on-line version with all the animations, while I put in this post the static version.
